- An easy to use graphical interface displaying a summary of the property, client's details and activity data - a very useful quick reference point from which all data can be accessed.
- Full history of sales, lettings and marketing activity from initial contact to completion including home report, viewing appointments, notes of interest, surveys instructed and offers.

- Fully searchable using a quick or advanced search tool.
- On entry to Easi Property the user is presented with a helpful reminder of closing dates, viewings and entry dates that day and in the coming 7 days, and a list of viewing appointments where feedback has not been sought within 48 hours.
- Inactive properties are easily and quickly identified by a graphical alert icon.
- General notes can be distributed via email groups. A useful tool that ensures all staff are alerted to changes and the most up-to-date position.
- Integration with your practice website provides real-time update of your adverts, eg price, status, closing dates.
- Upload up to 20 photographs and a schedule to each advert.
- Incorporate street level mapping on your site's adverts by simply entering the property's postcode - the system looks up the longitude and latitude values.
- Manage the content of your plasma screen display by simply selecting property stored in your system. An easy way to create a powerful promotional display.
- Merge data with templates to create A5/A4 window cards.
- Users can add, edit and delete data for all estate agency activities. On entry of a new property record the user will be prompted to select the property address based on postcode and their entry validated on completion.
- Define common workflow checklists to support all estate agency activity. Six lists with up to 16 tasks are included. The result will be more efficient and consistent task management.

- Properties are matched to meet client and enquirers requirements using a combination of search criteria including preferred towns, minimum and maximum price, number of public rooms and bedrooms and property type.
- On addition of new property to the system, clients specified search critera are checked and where a match is found the clients are emailed the details of matching properties.
- 'Email Alerts' registration can be built into your practice website.
